How do I take care of my jewelry?
Sterling Silver
Gently clean with a soft silver-polishing cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and store in a dry place to minimize tarnishing.
18K Gold & Rose Gold Plated
Avoid water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and household chemicals. Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Rhodium Plated
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive polishing and harsh chemicals to help preserve the plated finish.
Natural Gemstones
Protect gemstones from impact, excessive heat, prolonged sunlight, and chemical exposure. Avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaners.
Do you have a warranty?
We carefully inspect every BOE piece before shipping.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and assist you in accordance with our return and replacement policy.
Normal wear, accidental damage, and gradual plating wear are not considered manufacturing defects.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently polish unplated sterling silver with a clean silver-polishing cloth to restore its shine.
For gold-plated, rose gold-plated, and rhodium-plated jewelry, use only a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth.
Avoid rubbing gemstones aggressively or using chemical polishing solutions.
Never wash a treated silver-polishing cloth, as this may reduce its effectiveness.
Do you create custom pieces?
Each BOE piece is thoughtfully selected to celebrate the individual character of its natural gemstone.
Our current collection features ready-to-wear, one-of-a-kind jewelry.
We do not currently offer custom jewelry design services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
ORDER TRACKING & RETURNS
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We accept eligible returns within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, BOE will cover the return shipping costs.
